Faculty Director, Access to Justice Lab
Professor Greiner will discuss his innovative research on improving access to justice through evidence-based methods. He will also address the results of his recent study on the ability of the indigent to obtain a divorce without an attorney, unintended obstacles to justice identified by his research, and how to remedy them.

Professor Greiner will continue his discussion of the potential impact of the Access to Justice Lab and evidence-based thinking in law, and will focus on the results of a recently concluded study comparing pro bono representation to existing self-help or low bono resources in divorce cases in Philadelphia County.
